Alcohol: 12%

Taste: Sweet cherries and black berries

Serving temperature: 14-16⁰C

Vinification

Selected grapes are picked at 23-25% of sugariness and 7-8 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, the clear juice is removed from the sediment and moved to fermentation reservoirs. The fermentation proceeds at a low temperature of 18-22°C. As soon as the sugar level goes down to 7-5%, the wine gets cooled to stop the fermentation and after filtration gets stored at -2°C
