The color of the wine varies from light red to dark red, the bouquet is clean, without added tones. The wine goes well with roasted or grilled meat. Vinification

Selected grapes are picked at 20-22% of sugariness and 6-7 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, fermentation proceeds at a 20-24°C in stainless steel reservoirs. As soon as the fermentation is complete, it is pressed and moved into storage reservoirs
