Traditional Georgian table wine made from Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane and Saperavi grape varieties cultivated in the regions of Eastern and Western Georgia.
The color is rose, the bouquet is clean, without added tones, the taste is soft, fresh and harmonious. The wine goes well with vegetables, salads and fruits. Serving suggestions also include desserts and cheese.

Vinification
Selected grapes are picked at 20-22% of sugariness and 6-7 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, fermentation proceeds at a 20-24°C in stainless steel reservoirs. As soon as the fermentation is complete, it is pressed and moved into storage reservoirs
