Traditional Georgian table wine made from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane Kakhuri grape varieties cultivated in the regions of Eastern and Western Georgia.  The color is straw yellow, the bouquet is clean, without added tones, the taste is soft, fresh and harmonious. The wine goes well with fish dishes and seafood. Serving suggestions also include desserts, green salads and fruits

Wine Composition: Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane

Alcohol: 11%

Taste: Sweet with fruit aromas with notes of white flowers. 

Serving temperature: 10-12⁰C

Vinification

Selected grapes are picked at 22-24% of sugariness and 8 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, the clear juice is moved to the cleansing reservoir and kept there for 15-18 hours. Then the clear juice is removed from the sediment and moved to fermentation reservoirs. The fermentation proceeds at a low temperature of 12-15°C. As soon as the sugar level goes to 7-5%, the wine gets cooled to stop the fermentation and after filtration gets stored at -2°C
