Alcohol: 13%

Taste: Full-bodied wine with notes ripe and dried fruit.

Serving temperature: 14-16⁰C

Vinification

Selected grapes are picked at 20-22% of sugariness and 6-8 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, fermentation proceeds at a 23-28°C degrees in Qvevri. After fermentation is complete, wine is stored in Qvevries for 6-8 months
