Traditional Georgian medium sweet table wine Ojaleshi is made from the preferred Ojaleshi grapes cultivated in Lechkhumi region of Western Georgia.
The wine is characterized by a dark purple hue, delicate bouquet and rich harmonious taste. Sweetness and acidity match each other very harmonically

Wine Composition: 100% Ojaleshi
Alcohol: 12%
Taste: Notes of pomegranate and cherry taste with red fruit aftertaste.
Serving temperature: Straw14-16⁰C
Vinification
Selected grapes are picked at 23-25% of sugariness and 8 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, the clear juice is removed from the sediment and moved to fermentation reservoirs. The fermentation proceeds at a low temperature of 18-22°C. As soon as the sugar level goes down to 7-5%, the wine gets cooled to stop the fermentation and after filtration gets stored at -2°C
