Traditional Georgian table wine made from the selected Saperavi and other red grapes cultivated in the regions of Eastern Georgia.  Wine is dark red in color. Wine has bouquet of black berries with herbal notes. Wine goes well with meat of any kind. Serving suggestions also include desserts and fruits

Alcohol: 12%

Vinification

Selected grapes are picked at 20-22% of sugariness and 6-7 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, fermentation proceeds at a 20-24°C in stainless steel reservoirs. As soon as the fermentation is complete, it is pressed and moved into storage reservoirs
