Traditional Georgian table wine made from the selected Rkatsiteli grapes cultivated in the regions of Eastern Georgia.  Wine is light straw yellow in color. The bouquet is clean, without added tones. Wine goes well with meat of any kind. Serving suggestions also include desserts and fruits

Vinification

Selected grapes are picked at 18-22% of sugariness and 8 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, the clear juice is moved to the cleansing reservoir and kept there for 15-18 hours. Then the clear juice is removed from the sediment and moved to fermentation reservoirs. The fermentation proceeds at a low temperature of 12-15°C
