Qvevri wine made with best selected grapes using traditional Georgian method. Wine is aged on stem and skin, where stems play major role in final taste of the wine. Wine is a dark violet in color, has a well-balanced tannin structure and offers aromas of ripe cherry and red berries.

Alcohol: 13%

Taste: Full-bodied wine with notes ripe and dried fruit.

Serving temperature: 16-18⁰C

Vinification

Selected grapes are picked at 20-22% of sugariness and 6-8 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, fermentation proceeds at a 23-28°C degrees in Qvevri. After fermentation is complete, wine is stored in Qvevries for 6-8 months
