Traditional Georgian table wine made from Saperavi grape variety cultivated in the region of Eastern Georgia.  The color of the wine is ruby red. The bouquet is dominated by the tones of black currant, pomegranate, cherry, ripe blackberry and prune. The wine goes well with roasted or grilled meat. Serving suggestions also include desserts and fruits

Wine Composition: 100% Saperavi 

Alcohol: 13%

Taste: Black currant, pomegranate, dried plum and sour cherry. Has strong tannins and pleasant acidity. 

Serving temperature: 16-18⁰C

Vinification

Selected grapes are picked at 22-24% of sugariness and 6-8 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, fermentation proceeds at a 20-24°C in stainless steel reservoirs. As soon as the fermentation is complete, it is pressed and moved into storage reservoirs
