Traditional Georgian PDO wine made from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane Kakhuri grape varieties cultivated in the strictly regulated micro-zone of Tsinandali, Telavi district, Kakheti, Eastern Georgia.  The color of the wine is light straw yellow. It offers a bright varietal aroma with floral tones, wonderful fruity bouquet and a mild, sophisticated taste

Wine Composition: Rkatsiteli (85%) and Kakhuri Mtsvane (15%)

Alcohol: 12%

Taste: Full-bodied complex wine with notes of tropical fruit, balanced with citrus finish and oak notes. 

Serving temperature: 12-14⁰C

Vinification

Selected grapes are picked at 20-22% of sugariness and 8 of titratable acidity. After removing the stems and de-pressing, the clear juice is moved to the cleansing reservoir and kept there for 15-18 hours. Then the clear juice is removed from the sediment and moved to fermentation reservoirs. The fermentation proceeds at a low temperature of 12-15°C
